Paperless Billing
Did you know the Village of Glendale offers FREE paperless billing for its quarterly utility bills? This convenient option sends your bill directly to your email as soon as bills are generated – no more waiting for it in the mail!
To get started, visit www.glendaleohio.org/utilitybill and select “Consumer Registration” under the Login ID field. From there, enter your name and utility account number from your bill, and an email address and password to login.
Once you’re logged in, simply select “Paperless Billing” from the left-hand menu and check the box on that page. Hit “Save” and you’re signed up!
After signing up, be sure to add “noreply@utilitybillingsystem.net” to your safe sender list.
If you need help signing up, or accessing your bill by email, Spencer in the Village Office would be happy to help!
More InfoBrush Collection to begin April 1 and Continue Until September 20, 2024
Village brush collection is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 1. Crews will maintain their weekly collection schedule in the Village through September 20, 2024.
Spring Clean-Up (Spring leaf collection) will take place in mid-April, so keep an eye on the Village website for specific dates.
As always, please take a few things into consideration when placing brush out for collection:
- Village crews will only spend 15 minutes maximum at any property in the Village, so if you have a large amount of brush out, it may not be collected in a single week
- DO NOT mix leaves and brush because the brush chipper cannot process leaves, and your brush will not be collected
- DO NOT place brush in the roadway or across the sidewalk, this is dangerous for vehicles and pedestrians
- Brush piles should be no more than 15 feet in length (about the length of a car), and no taller than 3 feet
- Branches cannot exceed 6” in diameter, and should not be bundled
- Shrubs or root balls will not be collected
The Village appreciates residents following these guidelines. If you have any questions, please contact the Village Office at (513) 771-7200.
