Public Records Policy

The Village of Glendale complies with Ohio Revised Code §149.43 regarding public records.

To enhance government transparency, the Village seeks to provide quick and easy access to public records upon request. All requests should be forwarded to the Village Administrator, who serves as the Village's public records custodian. Please contact David Lumsden at 513-771-7200 or dlumsden@glendaleohio.org to make a request. Requesters are not required to provide any specific contact information while making a request.

Copies of public records are available at $0.05 a page in the Village Office.
