The Village of Glendale will, from time to time, issue bid information for public projects exceeding $50,000 in estimated cost, as well as Requests for Proposals and Qualifications for Village services.

Request for proposals for banking services 2022-2027, posted July 8, 2022

Sealed proposals for banking services will be received by the Clerk of the Village of Glendale, Hamilton County, State of Ohio, 30 Village Square, Glendale, Ohio 45246 until 12:00 p.m., Monday, August 8th, 2022, for a five-year period commencing September 15th, 2022 through September 15th, 2027. Each proposal must be sealed and contain two bound copies and one electronic copy on a flash drive. All proposals must be accompanied by a performance bond or a certified check in the amount of $100 as a guarantee that should said bid be accepted, a contract will be entered into. A signed affidavit stating the bidding bank is current in the payment of their state and local taxes is additionally required. All proposals must be received prior to 12:00 p.m. on Monday, August 8th, 2022 with no exceptions. All timely proposals will be publicly opened at 12:05 p.m. on Monday, August 8th, 2022.

Minimum services and specifications are on file in the Village of Glendale Village Office, 30 Village Square, Glendale Ohio 45246 and available online at www.glendaleohio.org/bankRFP. The Village of Glendale reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Proposal submissions shall be plainly marked "Village of Glendale Banking Services RFP 2022".
