Pay Your Utility Bill Online

The new online utility bill payment portal is now live. The Ampstun online portal allows you to view and pay your bills online, sign up for paperless billing, automatic payments, and text message billing. You will need to use an online billing account in order to make a utility bill payment online or use these features. The previous online payment method through the Village website is no longer functional.

Please note: All online payments, including online, over the phone and in-person payments, will be charged a fee of $2.75 for transactions under $500. Transactions over $500 will be charged a fee of 2.75% of the total transaction cost. These fees will appear as a separate charge on your credit card statement from “Nexbillpay, LLC”.

Already have an online Ampstun account?

Visit www.glendaleohio.org/utilitybill and sign in with your username and password. After logging in, click “Pay Bill” on the left sidebar and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.

Haven’t signed up for an online Ampstun account yet?

It’s easy to sign up. First, visit www.glendaleohio.org/utilitybill. On the login screen, click “Consumer Registration” under the username box. On the next page, enter the information requested, which can be found on your utility bill. Also, you will be asked to create a password for the online account.

How do I make an online payment once logged in?

To make your online payment, click “Pay Bill” in the left sidebar. Confirm the address and balance due that appear on this page. To pay the full amount due, select “Pay Full Balance” or to pay a portion of the bill, select “Pay Other Amount” and enter the amount you want to pay. Click “Make Payment” and follow the instructions in the pop-up window.

How do I setup automatic payments or text message billing?

When making your first online payment, be sure to select “Save Payment Profile” when entering your credit card information. After submitting your first payment, select “Automatic Payments” on the left sidebar to set up automatic payments or text message billing. (Note: SMS rates may apply for text message billing.)

How do I setup paperless billing?

Select “Paperless Billing” on the left sidebar and check the box for paperless billing. If you select this option, you will you will no longer receive a printed bill in the mail and will receive them by email instead.
