Hello. My name is Joseph Hubbard and I am your Mayor.
I began my service with the Village in January of 1999 when I was appointed the Village’s Clerk/Treasurer. In February of 2000 a Councilman resigned and I was appointed to the remainder of that Council term. I have since been re-elected to my position by you, the constituents. In 2002 Council elected me as the Vice Mayor.
When Mayor Tom Todd retired mid-term of this year, I became Mayor for the remainder of his term. This term will expire at the end of 2007 and I intend to run for election in November of 2007 for a four year renewal as your Mayor.
As your Mayor I invite you to contact me with your concerns and or suggestions. If I don’t have an answer for you, I will find out.
It is a pleasure to serve you and I hope you will find time to attend some of our Council meetings on the first Monday of each month, in the Town Hall, starting at 7:00pm.
